If your plant arrives damaged in transit or appears dead on arrival, simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

• Clear photos of the plant
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Why the Guarantee Covers Arrival Only
Plants are living organisms. Once they arrive, their survival depends on environmental conditions and care practices that are beyond our control.
These factors can include:

How soon do I need to report a problem?
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
This allows us to determine whether an issue occurred during shipping rather than after delivery.

What if my plant struggles after planting?
Some plants experience transplant shock after shipping and planting. This can temporarily cause leaf drop or stress symptoms while the plant establishes new roots.
Most plants recover with proper watering and care according to the Quick Start Care Guide.
Because long-term plant performance depends on care and local conditions, we cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery.
Where does BringMeATree ship?
We currently ship to 47 contiguous U.S. states.
Due to agricultural regulations, California orders are not accepted at this time.
